When you hear the word Venus you think of beauty, love and fertility. Put Venus in Scorpio
and you get a dark temptress, sexually erotic obsessive lover. Having Venus in Scorpio has
its pros and cons. So..... do you feel Venus in Scorpio is the "Unrequited Love" placement?

Re: Roman Goddess
Sun, May 11, 2008 - 12:33 AMyes, maybe so. but i think that's partly because when we do get love, it doesn't seem as satisfying to us as we thought it would, so we keep thinking about who else would satisfy our need for intensity, or who from our past SUREly, just SURELy would have been *the* one, but they got away. :P -

Re: Roman Goddess
Sun, May 11, 2008 - 4:02 PMNo one ever moves forward if your constantly looking back. Don't feed the monster! When
your in your right mind you realize to be with someone who doesn't love you back is just
crazy. I've had crushes on male friends/ guys that waxed and waned over years of our
friendship. its very rare that someone stops me in my tracts and i'm like DAYUMMM. Its an
emotional sweater that I've put on far too often. Telling the person how you feel. Putting it
out in the universe no matter what the outcome rejected or accepted. -

Sun, May 11, 2008 - 4:06 PMI found some interesting quotes on unrequited love.
"Nothing takes the taste out of peanut butter quite like unrequited love."
Charlie Brown
"Love is never lost. If not reciprocated, it will flow back and soften and purify the heart."
Washington Irving
"A mighty pain to love it is,
And 'tis a pain that pain to miss;
But of all pains, the greatest pain
It is to love, but love in vain."
Abraham Cowley
"The saddest thing in the world, is loving someone who used to love you."
